Tipper

Tipper is her name is now. We have two cats besides Tipper - one is an orange cat named Taz who is almost 2 years old,
and a black cat named Sheba who is 14 years old. Both are rescues and Sheba basically ignores Tipper but Taz and Tipper try to play together.
I believe Tipper has the upper hand, even though they both weigh about the same - 12 pounds.
We have ups and downs with potty training. She doesn't pee very often in the house anymore and always went poop outside until a little while ago. Now she poops inside! I haven't figured it out yet. We have pads down.
Tipper is very cautious around my husband, but he is in a wheelchair. I think she is scared of that more than anything. I suspect that men in her previous life abused her and it is going to take a long time for her to get close to him.
She will take food and treats from him, though. We have a neighbor who really likes dogs and Tipper doesn't want anything to do with him, either.
We don't smoke, but I noticed that people who even smell like smoke also seem to be a turn off for her as well.
Tipper recently started playing with her stuffed animals and has a favorite one which is the octopus. When we first got her, all she wanted to do was chew them up and still does take the stuffing and the "squeak" out of them.
